A preorder is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released or is currently out of stock. By preordering, you secure your item in advance and it will be shipped to you once it becomes available.

To place a preorder, simply select the item you wish to purchase from our website, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout as usual. You will be charged at the time of placing the order.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your preorder before it has been shipped. Please contact our customer service team at hello@maisonisidora.com with your order details to request a cancellation or modification.

Our Canadian warehouse dispatches all orders on business days. We do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

A refund request can be submitted within a 14-day window of the purchase arrival.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund so long that its requested 14 days after arrival of the product.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

Due to the nature of viscose, it is advisable to only dry clean your pieces.

Avoid putting them in the washing machine and steaming.

Iron at a low setting to remove wrinkles.

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. Please notify us within 30 days of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, washing mistakes, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

In the event we have reasonable grounds to believe an order is fraudulent we reserve the right to place a temporary hold or to cancel the order. If this does occur we will attempt to contact you, using the email address provided and may require further proof of identity before proceeding with the order. If we are unable to contact you or the information provided does not suffice, we may cancel your order. 

All order confirmations are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your order.

Please contact our customer care team immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 48 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.
